Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge and agree to Chaminade's dance policies and dress code. Your ticket is your student ID and tickets are nonrefundable. Students who don’t show up to the dance will be called. Student’s parent/guardian should email awilkerson@chaminade.org if your plans change. Students must travel to and from the prom on Chaminade’s busses. Arrive 30 at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time. Busses will load 15 minutes before they depart. Dress code is strictly enforced. If you have specific questions about your attire, please reach out to Mrs. Magorien or Mr. Milkovich. To ensure safety of students and a positive environment at our dance, there will be random breathalyzer tests at the door. Any student who displays suspicious behavior may also be tested. There will not be a coat check. Please do not bring anything valuable. In addition, the following items are not permitted and will be confiscated by security: gum, food/drink, water bottles, eye drops, aspirin or medication*, markers/pens/pencils, alcohol, flasks, tobacco products, any illegal substance, canes & zoot chains, perfume, liquid make up, mouthwash, lighters/matches, sharp objects, glow in the dark items, wallet chains & weapons. *Medication that is needed can be checked in with chaperones.
