Varsity Club is thrilled to present the Class of 2026 Senior Prom at Chicago’s very own Navy Pier’s Aon Grand Ballroom on Friday, April 17, 2026. Prom tickets are available to current Hinsdale Central Seniors and their approved guests only from 3/2/25-3/27/25 for $150 each*. Only 1 ticket can be purchased per person. If bringing a guest from a different school or a HCHS Student who is NOT a senior, you must get preapproval. You must apply on the guest form, and approval will be communicated via email. Prom bus sign-up is included in your ticket purchasing. ALL Prom attendees are REQUIRED to take the bus to and from Prom events. NO EXCEPTIONS! Timeline: 5:45 Doors open at HCHS 6:15 Load Buses 6:30 All buses have left HC 7:00-7:30 Arrive at Navy Pier 7:30-10:00 Prom & Dinner at Navy Pier 10:10 Students depart to return to HCHS *Ticket prices for prom will increase to $200 after 3/27/25. There will be NO SALES after 4/7/26.

Terms and Conditions

    Prom Terms & Conditions: 1. Eligibility: Only Hinsdale Central seniors may purchase tickets. Guests must be approved through the guest form process. 2. Ticket Policy: All ticket sales are final. NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS. 3. Students must present a valid school ID at check-in. Expect to scan in. 4. Arrival & Departure: Students must arrive by 5:45 to board buses and cannot leave unless on the coach buses. 5. Behavior: All school rules apply. Any misconduct, including inappropriate behavior or vandalism, will result in removal from the event and possible school consequences. 6. Substance-Free Event: The possession, use, or being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or vaping devices is strictly prohibited. Any student in violation will be denied entry, removed from the event without a refund, and may face disciplinary action, including suspension or further consequences per school policy. Bags and personal belongings may be subject to search. 8. Dress Code: Formal attire is required. No excessively revealing or inappropriate outfits. Please be mindful of footwear. 9. Security & Bag Checks: All attendees are subject to security screening. Bags must be small and may be checked upon entry. 10. Respect for Venue: Navy Pier is a public venue; all students must behave respectfully towards staff and property. 11. Photography & Media: School yearbook staff may take photos for promotional and/or publication purposes. No inappropriate social media posts. 12. Agreement: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow all rules. Violations may result in removal without refund and further disciplinary action. Failure to comply with these expectations may result in denied entry or disciplinary action per school policy.
