Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, I agree to all terms and conditions as outlined. • All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be processed. Each ticket is assigned to the individual student, so resale is not permitted. The student’s New Trier Student ID card is their ticket into the dance and will be scanned upon entry. Guests will also need to present a school or government issued photo ID card for entry into Prom. • We will begin checking students into Prom at 6:00 p.m. Students who arrive after 7:00 pm will not be permitted entry, and students must remain at the Prom until 9:00 pm. The Prom ends at 10:00 p.m. Once a student has left Prom, they will not be permitted to reenter. • Since the New Trier Prom is a school-sponsored activity, all attendees (including guests) must follow all school policies. As with all other school events, use of Tobacco and Nicotine (as defined in the New Trier Student Guidebook) is strictly prohibited. In addition, each student attending Prom, including non-New Trier students, must adhere to expectations set forth in the Prom Ticket Agreement Form and to abide by all school rules. This agreement also provides students with the following information regarding consequences for failing to follow the rules: “Students found in possession of illegal substances or alcohol will be turned over to local police. Students who are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be assessed for medical care, and parents will be required to pick them up at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. Students will also face school disciplinary action.”
