REGULAR PRICING: Please select 1 of the 5 ticket or bundle options below. Regular Prices range from $40 to $155. The 8th Grade Dance is Friday, 5/30 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. In order to attend the dance, the 8th Grade Dance Permission Slip must be turned in by Friday, 5/9 at 4pm. Meal choice & beverage requests are not guaranteed. The 8th Grade Knott’s Field Trip is Wed., 6/4 from 9am – 4:45pm. Students must be transported by bus from DJAMS to Knott’s. Students must ride the bus back to DJAMS. All students going to Knott’s will receive a Class of 2025 t-shirt that must be worn on the day of the trip. Students will receive them the morning of the trip to ensure everyone has one to wear. In order to go to Knott’s, the 8th Grade Knott’s Permission Slip and Medical Waiver Form must be turned in by Friday, 5/9 at 4pm. Permission slips, medical waiver form and guidelines can be found in the 8th Grade End of Year Activities Packet linked below. To avoid ASB and DJAMS having to pay the cost of credit card processing and other fees, a convenience charge has been added to the order subtotal. If you do not wish to pay this fee, please discontinue your order online and contact Larissa Martus, DJAMS Activities Director at Lmmartus@capousd.org with instructions on how to proceed.
