Culinary Arts students participate in frequent hands-on food (cooking and baking) labs throughout the semester. A voluntary contribution of $25 per student, or any amount your family is able to provide, is greatly appreciated. These contributions help offset the cost of food, ingredients, kitchen supplies, and other materials used during our labs. The total amount of contributions received will help determine the number, variety, and types of food labs the class can complete during the semester. All contributions are completely voluntary. No student will be excluded from an activity, denied materials, or receive a lower grade because their family does not contribute. A convenience charge has been added to online transactions to cover credit-card processing and related fees.
